Responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day business and administrative functions for multiple programs• Develops implements and maintains internal financial controls for the service sites• Ensures accurate client billing by overseeing the collection and input of data into the company system(s)• Oversees accounts payable processing including invoice coding, batch control/summary approval, and follow-up on late payments or other issues• Acts as liaison for administrative functions with select Corporate departments• Initiates and maintains current employee and contract personnel files• Performs managerial duties including employee orientation, training, and handling inquiries• Supports administrative and clinical core staff by completing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and filing documents• Recommends/makes arrangements for temporary office help as needed• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• A minimum of an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or the equivalent• A minimum of five years administrative office experience• Advanced computer software (Microsoft office) and data entry skills• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical office insurance billing preferred• Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills
