This role will report to one of the Global Director's of Business Management What You Will Do Market prospective new opportunities aligned with the company strategy for the Shift the Mix priority. Develop mutually beneficial long-term relationships with our current core customers (Ford, Honda, Nissan) Manage accounts demonstrating great organization skills, clarity, and transparency Improve the profitability of each customer account, demonstrating and high sense of ownership and accountability over the business Promote business opportunities that can create value on a large scale for the organization by driving the value SRG Global creates in the painted trim market. Provide quick turnaround of customer quotations with attention to details Some travel required Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in Sales Management, Engineering or Program Management Experience with budgeting, sales and business development Experience analyzing and interpreting data to drive decisions What Will Put You Ahead Product-specific experience in the automotive industry Experience working in a global environment
