DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Support day-to-day Senior Stakeholder (CIO/MD level) and Vendor (MD Level) relationships and Vendor Governance, Risk and Controls. Liaison with Tech/Ops and Product senior MD level stakeholders to understand pipeline and vendor requirements, resource planning and financial impact. Initiate and manage large scale RFPs/RFQs for new and on-going vendor requirements across Technology and Operations, communicating with all stakeholders and facilitating timely execution. Provide ad-hoc analysis/reporting as requested by senior leadership at CFO, Business, and Technology and Operations levels. Support contract reviews and renewals, partnering with Sourcing and Legal to ensure that all contract terms and other documentation is optimal and up to date and progressing through process and approvals within Contracting/Payment systems. Support data integrity within management data bases and work on analytics and reporting based on specific data. Support and maintain Third Party Oversight (TPO) engagements cycles, engaging appropriate stakeholders, as needed, for compliance to vendor risk and controls standards. Performed purchase order initiation and invoice data validation, accruals data provision and estimates, and invoice tracking. Support contract execution by writing up concise Executive level summaries, synthesizing information from Source Systems reviews with delivery teams. Prepare materials and support senior executive (CIO and Operating Committee level) reviews of specific large vendor deals as well as quarterly progress of the Vendor Management program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Controls Manager, Information Risk Lead, IT & Security Assurance manager, Financial Services and Banking manager, Finance & Accounts manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Controls Manager, Information Risk Lead, IT & Security Assurance manager, Financial Services and Banking manager, Finance & Accounts manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Synthesizing vendor contract information, vendor spend data, and vendor risk assessments; Planning, organizing, and controlling 3rd party vendor relations, including commercial contract negotiations, commercial terms negotiation (including termination, insurance and liability), and synthesizing reports into balanced scorecards; ERP systems for Third Party related processes, including oversight & control, contracting, and invoicing; Microsoft Office tools, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; Stakeholder management skills, including synthesize analysis of supplier spend, performance, Risk and Compliance issues, and incidents to enable senior management decision making; and third Party compliance processes, including global regulations, data privacy, data transfer, legal entity structure and use tax impacts. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree.
Job Location: 1111 Polaris Pkwy., Columbus, OH 43240. This position requires up to 15% travel (both domestic and international travel). Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
