Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, the Business Management and Financial Governance Lead is responsible for overseeing Finance's financial governance and reporting. In addition, the individual and their team are responsible for business and expense management processes specific to the Finance COO function. This individual will work closely with SMEs and be supported with professionals as direct reports, who will lead the day-to-day execution of the program. ResponsibilitiesBuild out a business management function for the Finance organization including creation of senior management reporting on strategic initiatives and partnering with the Finance LFO team and Finance disciplines to lead preparation of quarterly CEO reviews for the Finance functionOwn the Finance COO financials, including monthly reporting, outlook submissions and quarterly forecasts (QMMF and Plan)Manage the Finance COO team's overall expense base, including headcount and 3rd party engagement.
