Responsibilities
• Define and create a corporate business intelligence center of excellence• Create, maintain, and improve performance of corporate Power BI models and reports• Troubleshoot slow running reports• Suggest solutions to overcome issues and solve future reporting initiatives• Document and maintain a reporting catalog based on MDM standards• Work with application developers, business analysts, SEO analysts, and QA personnel• Deliver new Power BI models to stakeholders
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in several areas including Azure DF, Data Lake, ETL, SQL, AAS/SSAS• In-depth knowledge of Power BI• Solid understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL• Understanding of Microsoft Reporting Services• Understanding of T-SQL queries• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions• Understanding of data warehouse design and data mining• Crafting and executing queries for stakeholders• Strong attention to detail
