Business Insurance Account Manager Job Description: Our client, a national benefits brokerage firm with locations in the Carolinas, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Insurance Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a true insurance advisor, not just a transactional order taker. You will be responsible for managing a book of business and delivering an extraordinary client experience daily. This role will be remote!
Responsibilities: Manage a book of business of commercial insurance accounts
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Identify and analyze client needs
Develop and present insurance solutions
Negotiate and place insurance policies
Manage client renewals
Provide claims assistance
Deliver an extraordinary client experience
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred
Desired Background/Skills: 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales
Strong understanding of business insurance products and services
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
