About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in Chief Operating Office Audit, providing coverage in: Operations, Regulatory and Policy Affairs, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, and Strategic Execution and Operations. The Research and Diagnostics team ( RAD ) is responsible for identifying and prioritizing complaints that have the greatest potential for systemic problems and for identifying potential customer impact. The team synthesizes information from the indicator sources, performs operational and/or analytical research, and identifies the root cause. The team is also responsible to determine if the systemic problem meets Expedited Impact Review criteria.
The Business Execution Consultant will help oversee customer experience analyses and escalate cases that require broader review. The BEC will also support management in the day-to-day supervision of portfolio progress dedicated to one or multiple LOBs.
In this role, you will: + Research complaints with end to end analysis of the customer experience
+ Review potential regulatory concerns and other systemic problems that may meet Expedited Impact Review criteria.
+ Utilize numerous systems of record across the enterprise to identify source(s) of potential systemic problem and formulates/documents solutions required to address complaint
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Facilitate cross-functional coordination with partners in line of business, operations, technology, analytics, control functions and other areas to understand the business process impacting our customer journey and analysis
+ Escalate issues as appropriate to leadership and partners across lines of business to discuss findings
+ Conduct follow-through and reports on progress of identified systemic problems with leadership team
