As our Business Development, Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the cornerstone of our client engagement and brand enhancement initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO/Creative Director, you'll be the driving force behind fostering meaningful connections, propelling sales efforts, and crafting captivating marketing campaigns. From managing client interactions to orchestrating content creation and executing PR strategies, you'll be instrumental in shaping the CURATED Experience. Compensation: • Salary Range - $65,000 - $70,000 • Bonus Opportunities • Paid Time Off • Flexible workplace (office, project sites) • Pet-friendly office • Company-provided laptop Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and facilitating marketing initiatives and partnerships. • Handle all initial client interactions with warmth and professionalism, including calls, emails, and messages. • Drive sales efforts by managing the client pipeline, coordinating consultations, and ensuring follow-ups for conversions. • Lead post-project processes, gathering feedback, compiling documentation, and facilitating client reviews. • Cultivate lasting connections through client and vendor appreciation initiatives, personalized messages, and gift management. • Champion our brand presence by planning and attending local, national, and international events. • Spearhead content creation, collaborating with photographers and videographers to align visuals with our brand. • Execute multi-platform marketing campaigns, analyzing results for continuous improvement. • Secure media features through PR initiatives to enhance company visibility. • Provide sales assistance, manage pipelines, explain processes, and conduct follow-ups for client satisfaction. • Coordinate post-project tasks, including client questionnaires, project documentation, and celebration logistics. • Handle client appreciation gestures and maintain strong vendor relationships for potential referrals. Qualifications: • Previous experience in upscale marketing, relationship building, or public relations, preferably within the architecture/design or real estate industries. • Proficiency in digital productivity tools, CRM platforms, and basic graphic design/editing software. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. • A passion for design, elegance, and delivering unparalleled client experiences. • Ability to work from Lincoln Road office, warehouse, job sites, and remotely. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about design, delivering exceptional client experiences, and embodying company values. • Demonstrated ability to act as a positive and professional brand ambassador. • Skilled in client relationship management and CRM system utilization. • Creative eye for capturing and showcasing project content. • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and vendors. • Proactive in staying informed about relevant events and opportunities. • Strategic thinker capable of executing effective marketing/PR campaigns. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in all aspects of the role, emphasizing hands-on involvement and proactive effort. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
