As a Business Development Representative, you will: Convert leads into loan applications, managing the sales process from start to finish. Deliver outstanding customer service, guiding clients through the loan origination process. Collaborate with the processing team to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing. Maintain consistent client follow-up and updates, ensuring a seamless experience. Work closely within your team leads and managers to foster a cooperative and productive environment. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role. Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and client management. Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment.
