A day in the life of a Business Development Representative: Your day begins with a dive into the latest leads generated from our webinars, trade shows, and strategic sessions.
Each lead is a potential partnership awaiting your expert touch. You'll research, understand their needs, and integrate them into our CRM.
Crafting personalized messages and videos, you introduce Refer.io's transformative approach, setting the stage for strategy calls or webinar attendance.
Your goal? To ignite interest and pave the way for a fruitful relationship where HR professionals see the true value in our innovative solutions.
What it takes to be successful: Proven experience in business development, sales development, or a related field, with a knack for turning warm leads into active opportunities. Strong communication skills to create engaging and personalized outreach. Technical adeptness with CRM systems and digital communication tools. A creative mindset that sees beyond traditional selling, understanding the strategic needs of modern HR and recruiting. Minimum Requirements: Experience in business development or sales, especially within tech or HR solutions.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing, and video communication tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Work Schedule & Location: This role based out of our St. George, Utah office.
At least three days a week are required to be working out of our office and any work from home opportunities are performance based.
