Overview We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead sales initiatives and foster revenue growth across two divisions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting strategic sales plans, identifying and engaging with potential new customers, and driving business expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned divisions. Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective customers through targeted outreach efforts, presentations, and networking events. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand product offerings, market trends, and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Experience in Plastic Injection Molding is a plus. You should be proficient in:
Bachelor's Degree Budgeting / Forecasting Experience Contract Negotiation Experience Customer Service Excellent Communication Skills Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Injection Molding Experience Microsoft Excel Product Design Experience Project Management Retail Sales High-level Operations Analysis Lean Manufacturing Principles
