Responsibilities
• Develop all sources of NEIGHBORHOOD PACE enrollee referrals through relationship building.• Create and execute quarterly business development plan that aligns with overall EBNHC strategy.• Collaborate with marketing and senior care program leadership to develop marketing campaigns.• Research industry and market trends to inform business development strategy.• Cultivate relationships with potential referring sources through meetings, events, and presentations.• Manage PACE marketing and outreach coordinators to meet enrollment goals.• Research organizations and media for potential business development opportunities.• Develop tactics and refine strategies for each business development opportunity.• Assess the value and impact of each opportunity on potential referrals.• Serve as subject matter expert for NEIGHBORHOOD PACE and provide content to marketing.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in health related field, marketing, or public relations.• 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, public relations, or similar activity in a Health-related setting.• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and email.• Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce is a plus.• Ability to navigate windows and web-based programs efficiently.
