Job description
HIRING Dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners

Qualifications:
2 years of Sales, Marketing, in Property Restoration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
Proven track record of success in developing new business and achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. EQ.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of the local market within 30 miles of Nassau County, NY.
Experience in the Restoration, construction, property and or Insurance industry
