The Business Development Manager - Small Accounts will be responsible for managing the relationship with C3's smaller market accounts. Through a focused approach with smaller customers, this individual will establish sales priorities, action plans and deliver/exceed on sales goals. This person will be assigned accounts to target and market C3's solutions to sustain and secure new business. They will develop high-value relationships with key stakeholders and will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts. They will work on bringing in new accounts. Key Accountabilities for this Position Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify solution-based sales opportunities. Be the face of C3 and close deals while cultivating relationships with small market current customers and potential new customers. Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level. Provide guidance to other team members on accounts and participate in providing input on sales and marketing collateral. Coordinate and lead responses to RFQs and present C3 proposals in a professional manner to prospects. Provide cross functional feedback on prospects reactions and questions about C3's solutions. Collaborate with other C3 teams including engineering, operations, and finance. Travel to cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and related associations. Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in the CRM, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to the C3 leadership team.
