Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and disciplined individual for the role of Business Development - Healthcare Real Estate. This full-time position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, with a focus on cultivating relationships, understanding market trends, and converting leads into valuable partnerships. While experience in healthcare, real estate, or business development is preferred, we welcome candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Promote awareness of the company's partnership model within the healthcare real estate market.
- Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced team to convert leads into successful partnerships.
Key Stakeholders:
- Healthcare businesses seeking new facilities in the Southern Sunbelt region.
- Current real estate partners and tenants.
- Vendor partners in construction, design, development, and lending.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of business development experience.
- Proficiency in prospecting and cold calling.
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals and market analysis.
- Experience with CRM automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions.
