About the Role:
As a Wellness Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our wellness programs through various channels, including brokers, resellers, and B2B avenues. You will be responsible for nurturing leads, expanding relationships with industry partners, and securing contracts with new clients. This fully remote position requires a flexible, motivated individual with a positive attitude and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell Wellworks For You products and services directly to employers and through third parties
Advise prospects and clients on optimizing wellness programs using our solutions
Develop relationships with leaders in benefits consulting firms
Proactively network through multiple platforms
Qualify incoming leads and scout for new business prospects
Build a strong sales pipeline meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrate solution capabilities and create comprehensive proposals
Collaborate with the Sales team to review growth strategies and plans
Attend national conferences and events
Utilize HubSpot for accurate record-keeping and communication
Engage with Account Management and Implementation leaders for smooth transitions
Maintain knowledge of our products and services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in healthcare broker sales or corporate wellbeing industry
Proven success in meeting sales targets
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
Exceptional negotiation and selling skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and identify customer needs
Proficient in technology and business software
Willingness to travel nationally as needed
Salary: $85,000 Base plus Commission and Bonus
Work Environment:
Fully remote position with occasional travel
Standard office equipment provided
Employee must provide own internet access
