Role and Responsibilities As a member of the Business Development Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, following up on pre-qualified leads, running face to face appointments/virtual appointments, scheduling product demos with prospective clients and effectively presenting the value proposition to prospective reseller partners with a focus on one of SoTel's strategic alliance partners. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for a monthly and quarterly sales quota for partner recruitment and new system sales. This may require travel, primarily within the U.S.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting, networking, face to face/virtual meetings in US Markets Attain monthly sales and partner recruitment quota Continued education in telephony and unified communications Value selling Ownership of the sales cycle Occasional travel required REQUIREMENTS Associates Degree from a 2-year college or university Preferred OR equivalent work experience
Ability to communicate orally and in written form with a clear and straightforward manner Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to use personal computer and software applications COMPUTER SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
