Full job description This role at Zoom Drain Phoenix, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication skills.

Customer Service / Dispatcher Responsibilities 10hrs a week Effectively manage incoming calls Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Business Development Responsibilities 30 hrs a week Cold calling and emailing prospective clients (25-75 daily) Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers. Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize Negotiation and presentation skills. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. experience with software and technology
