Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at Tenneco. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business opportunities.

Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential clients to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations for potential clients- Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 1 year of experience in business development or a related field- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Resilient and resourceful mindset to overcome challenges and achieve goals- Excellent people management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
