Business Development Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:Paccar is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Columbus, Ohio, US. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and confident individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving business growth. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to drive sales and revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and identify potential clients or business opportunities- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target industries- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for generating new business- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients- Track and report on sales and business development activities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Confident and hardworking personality traits- Strong presentation and research skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
