Business Development Advisor - Healthcare - Remote
Chicago, IL 
About the Position  
Neolytix is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional. You must have experience in B2B sales, selling to Healthcare Provider Organizations, Hospital Systems and mid market HCO's.  This is a senior role in an organization with a global presence, strong reputation and ability to grow exponentially in the next few years. 
This position requires a solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong LinkedIn Sales track record and prioritizing accounts working with the Inside Sales team.   
You will be responsible for new accounts sales across multiple service lines including RCM, Credentialing, Patient Access, F&A, VBC, RPM/CCM, Analytics, Automation & IT Services .  
JOB DESCRIPTION  
Expand revenue through your existing network of contacts in the Provider space  
Carry an annual Outbound & Inbound Sales Quota for the Team (including yourself) 
Identify select target accounts and target them for conversion using Linkedin, email, call or sales promotions.  
Target named account stakeholders using Linkedin Inmail  
Identify decision makers with targeted leads to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers  
Manage a team of Sales professionals – oversee their quota and manage their performance to meet targets assigned to them 
Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets  
Work with the Marketing team to promote specific services, partnerships and promotions to drive better/ higher volume of Inbound Leads 
Record and maintain sales pipeline in the Dynamics CRM  
Follow up and close on leads in the sales pipeline  
Create, develop and sustain highly effective and trusted relationships with physician / provider leadership with new prospects  
Who we are looking for?  
Experience  
4-8 years of B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare Organizations – candidates who don't meet this criteria will not be considered  
Team Management Experience – Coach, mentor and drive high performance 
Skill Set  
Customer Relationship Management - Can develop relationships through easygoing conversations even with cold prospects  
Consultative mindset – Pitch solutions to address customer needs 
Excellent Presentation Skills - Can develop professional slide decks and proposals for clients  
Linkedin Sales Navigator Expert  
Strong Linkedin activity, engagement and following  
Communication - Excellent influencing & negotiation skills  
Creative Flair – Can create engaging posts and content to attract Target audience on Linkedin & emails  
Ace Quarterback - Can run with deals and drive them to a closure   
Education  
Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or MD 
Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
