Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Working with our Agents and Partners to allocate shipments. Working in the Vendor Management System (VMS) Working in the Defense Property System (DPS) to accept shipments on behalf of the division. Responsible for effectively communicating with our agents to get bookings assigned. Developing reports in excel to report out at the end of each day. Requires soft skills to speak to our top coveted accounts, and problem solve in real time. Interacting with a highly energized and motivated team to achieve seasonal goals. Review and reply to PartnerPriority Emails Trace requests Letter of Notice - Warnings, Suspensions, TSP Comments Log in and Check DPS status to ensure functionality. Monitor MoveStar pop-ups and MoveStar functionality. Update our incident reports / spreadsheet for DPS/SRC and MoveStar/EDC open tickets and note resolution for our records, and shared incident Calendar. Save USTC PP-Advisories and make note on our spreadsheet and shared calendar. As applicable, assist Manager with Team Priorities to make sure everything is in process. Monitor and check weekend (Sat -maybe one hour) Update TSPcontact.com when information changes (new partners, change to SGS contacts) Update DPS Registration New Request List as SGS notifies us of needed SCACs. Notify Partners of new requests Email DPS Registration Instructions to SGS and monitor progress / denials Notify SGS Staff and when Digital Certificate should be renewed and schedule TEAMS meeting when Supervisor/Manager acknowledges the certificate is necessary. Attend/ Join USTC calls with industry via Teams - Take notes & email SGS Leadership Add MoveStar login credentials for new SGS staff. Review terminated list from HR and remove terminated employees from MoveStar (certs and UserIDs, if applicable). Assist with Onboarding a new partner/SCAC - when applicable Education & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly customer service oriented Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required High School diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: None Required Travel: None Required Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory requirements Other Duties & Responsibilities: Please note this is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
