Since 2012, our client has been alleviating the challenges faced by construction contractors and industrial project managers. Their specialization lies in offering skilled construction workers, flexible tradesmen, and thorough HR management services. With a focus on understanding customer needs, they extend support nationwide, ensuring punctual and proficient service delivery to meet short or long-term skilled labor demands. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory. New business development via outside at sites cold-calling meeting subcontractors Jobsite visits, meetings General contractors, and getting in of subcontractors Canvass, prospect, cold call, email prospects to secure meetings Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory. Utilize various contact methods and networking events to establish relationships with key decision makers within target organizations. Identify and communicate with key decision makers within targeted organizations. Provide exceptional customer service in all situations.. Act as a liaison between customer and recruitment staff to identify additional opportunities for increased sales. Skills Must be located in Austin, TX metro area. Bilingual is a plus, but not required Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions associated with the position Proven growth and leadership skills. Consistently promotes a positive culture and supports and is an example to those around them. Minimum 2 years experience selling blue collar or construction staffing solutions Willingness to adapt to new processes, adapt, and coach when necessary and asked. Can effectively communicate to individuals as well as a group of people in person, on video, in writing and on the phone. Makes positive impression on others that will enhance the company's brand and reputation Skilled listener Has a driver's license and will travel by car, or plane as required in the performance of their duties, Can perform work requirements outside of normal work hours, including overnight travel Must be physically capable of meeting documentation and data entry expectations Consistently brings new ideas to management on strategy for growth, thinks outside the box, and willing to accept and adapt to feedback. Ability to negotiate contacts and bill rates Comfortable walking onto construction sites wearing steel toed boots and a hard hat Must be resourceful to uncover upcoming construction projects within their territory Compensation & Benefits $500 monthly car allowance 401k with 4% match Medical/Dental/Vision PTO
