Business Applications & Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Business Applications & Analytics Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing Voltera's business applications to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making. This person will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, configure, and customize our applications, and ensure data integrations and reporting are seamless.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other business applications to support company operations.
Design, develop, and maintain data integrations between various applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support data analysis and reporting needs.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements and updates as necessary.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure they can effectively use the applications.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
MUST-HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
5-10+ years of experience in IT
Proven experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other business applications
Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools
Proficiency in Business Intelligence platforms and reporting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Relevant certifications in Salesforce, NetSuite, or other related applications
LOCATION:
San Francisco Bay Area, CA / Denver, CO / Washington, DC Metro – Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
Compensation ($115,000 to $150,000): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary and competitive benefits.
