Minimum Qualifications Educational and Professional Background Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role within IT projects, particularly with a focus on web development.
Certification: Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is desirable.
Technical Proficiency SDLC: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Additional Technical Skills: Familiarity or expertise in C#, PHP, MySQL, SQL, MVC, and Entity Framework is a plus.
Language Competency Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French to facilitate seamless communication with our diverse, global clientele and multicultural teams.
