Role:Ideal candidate will join a Global HR Services Team working in a highly visible and exciting role as a Business Analyst. Candidate will connect to cross-functional partners at local, regional, and global levels, working closely with Product and Project Owners to identify, document, propose, and implement enhancements to existing product and service offerings.

Job Description:Gather requirements and provide data analysis in support of existing productsDocument business processes and serve as a reference for daily product supportTrack metrics and build reports to measure progress against targetsMaintain issue log and end-user documentation (FAQs)Explain how requirements may be implemented; drive and improve user experienceCollaborate with key stakeholders to improve product delivery efficiencyForecast and assess strategic outlooks to build portfolio standardization

Candidate Profile:A bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceminimum of 3 years professional experienceKnowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) business processes and best practicesStrong Microsoft skill set, specifically Excel and VisioExperience gathering requirements and collaborating on a product visionFamiliarity with Tableau and ability to turn analysis into data-driven recommendationsThorough understanding of business processes and product deliveryExperience working with Agile Project and Product teamsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to problem solve and deliver in a fast-paced environment
