Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's/University degree. 3 to 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project execution within Front Office. Experience in working with technology partners to execute business requirements. Strong experience with data analytics, SQL, Python, and VBA. Ability to create/enhance processes using Python/VBA. Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Desired Skills & Experience Finance industry experience. Project management experience. Understanding of risk management. What You Will Be Doing Construct detailed target operating models, business plans and test scripts by working with stakeholders and ensuring consistency with technology partners. Produce Front Office risk transformation POC's across businesses to understand and manage edge cases. Identify Risks & Issues and proactively seek to resolve or escalate them in a timely and well-articulated manner. Lead/participate in working groups with stakeholders and technology partners to manage the delivery within the agreed timeline(s). Manage issues around controls exceptions and track the remediation processes. Produce weekly/monthly metrics on exception results. Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums, committees, and newsletters. Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of project. Support the business through UAT, E2E and production parallel testing.
