Business Analyst - Netsuite

Position Overview: Business Analyst is responsible for managing and developing the NetSuite CRM system. This position will require knowledge of the systems technical configuration, customizations, integration, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop the existing NetSuite CRM system for optimal performance and efficiency. Integrate the NetSuite CRM with other systems and platforms where necessary. Perform administrative duties such as managing user access and permissions, troubleshooting user issues, and auditing financial data. Develop customized reports and dashboards to analyze data. Ensure all data is accurate and up to date. Provide support and training to users of the CRM system. Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades. Keep apprised of industry best practices and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field. Strong knowledge of financial auditing, accounting, and data management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to customize and configure NetSuite features to meet user needs. Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and other programming languages.
