• Perform advanced, senior-level business analysis work• Support multiple projects or special projects• Serve as a conduit between program/customer community and software development team• Manage requirements specification and verify fulfillment• Involved throughout the entire software development life cycle
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years' Unemployment Insurance experience• Experience defining and developing business requirements• Experience developing use cases and mapping back to requirements• Experience with manual and automated testing• Experience with test script development and defect logging• Experience with MS Office suite• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to travel 25-50% to client sites
