The Business Analyst supports the Indiana Eligibility Operations program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational applications.
- Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bring efficient and effective changes for better performance across programs.
- Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
- Audit, evaluate, track, and report performance activity for Performance Management and contract compliance purposes (e.g., alignment with the program's service-level agreements,)
- Work closely with operations staff to define requirements, test criteria, and identify success factors.

-Working cross functionally to meet project goals. Must be willing to work East Coast hours. Must be willing to travel to Indianapolis approximately once a quarter.
Equivalent experience with be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. Strong Excel skills - V Look Ups, Pivot Tables, Excel Data Analytics, Macros Power BI

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
