Business Analyst

Education / Experience / Background
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or
Business Administration.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in web development or software
implementation projects.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business
requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Strong sense of work organization allowing quick review of features with a high level of
ttention to detail, ensuring documentation is complete and no functionality is overlooked
• Experience with Drupal or similar Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Good experience in using industry-standard design and work management tools such as
Jira, Google Docs, Lucid Chart, etc...
• Knowledge of utility industry processes and customer portal solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team
members.
• Experience in working with vendors (onshore and offshore)
