QBE is actively seeking a Business Analyst to join the Elders Insurance Portfolio and become part of a dynamic team where your analytical prowess shapes the future of our technology solutions. Your role will encompass conducting thorough analysis of business needs, mapping key processes, and documenting requirements to drive innovation and excellence in our operations. Engage stakeholders effectively throughout the process, ensuring alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions, and play a pivotal role in user acceptance testing to guarantee solutions meet stakeholder and customer expectations. Additionally, the role involves working on the modernisation project, as well as ongoing system and procedural enhancements. As a Business Analyst, you'll lead system enhancements, drive digital innovation, and oversee diverse projects aimed at enhancing digital systems and procedures. This dynamic role requires a solution-focused approach to dynamic problem-solving, dedicated to continuous enhancement within the organization.
Additional Responsibilities: Drive strategy and innovation, aligning projects with company policies and methodologies. Analyse workflows and create process maps to identify areas for operational improvement. Support meetings and workshops, empowering team members to derive insights from data analysis. Efficiently scope projects to minimize change requests and ensure seamless implementation. Develop business requirements and technical specifications to enhance system efficiency. Utilize strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve business problems effectively. Exposure to various facets of business analysis, including business process re-engineering, commercial analysis, and the development and monitoring of SLAs, is essential.
