Responsibilities
• Provide support and functional guidance for OAKS HCM Core HR module• Work with Application and Reporting Team to provide production support• Assist with project test plans and identify potential business improvements• Consult with ART and HCM regarding unit operations and process improvements• Produce reports and validate requirements for improved business processes
Requirements
• Completion of undergraduate core coursework in relevant field• 2 years experience in business process transformation or related• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations• Ability to handle routine and sensitive contacts• Proficiency in technical writing and interviewing/facilitation
