Responsible for the creation of Business Analysis artefacts including but not limited to feasibility study, as-is process and to-be mapping and metrics, use case modelling, requirements documentation (Business and Functional), solution validation and traceability matrix. Responsible for guiding colleagues by supporting them in understanding the business needs and providing the broader context. Engage with stakeholders to build a road map and effectively translate it into delivery backlogs across multiple teams. Protect the Delivery team from distractions and ensuring the sprint backlog and cadence is focused solely on product delivery. Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people, including subject matter experts to challenge, verify requirements and deliver solutions. Define measurable objectives and results for the teams, ensuring clarity and alignment towards desired outcomes. This resource will be responsible for the creation of Business Analysis artefacts to support the delivery of projects via: scope definition, SMART objectives, feasibility study, as-is process mapping and metrics, document analysis, impact assessment, gap analysis, to-be process mapping and metrics, root cause analysis, requirements catalogue, solution validation, exceptions criteria, and traceability matrix.
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required with reinsurance industry. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required to communicate effectively with all levels. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
