The DEX Speed BI team is looking for a Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in developing analytical solutions for deep dives, offering insights into the program's health, and assessing business impact. Your responsibilities include transforming data into actionable business information. You will own the design, creation, and management of extensive datasets, undertaking tasks like creating datasets, reports, dashboards, data modeling, and pipeline monitoring. Collaborating with internal program and product owners, along with technical teams, you'll gather requirements and structure scalable, high-performance data solutions. Your involvement will extend to designing, implementing, and driving the adoption of new analytic technologies and solutions while promoting industry-standard best practices. Additionally, you'll be tasked with tuning query performance against large and complex datasets and translating analytic insights into tangible recommendations for business or product improvement.

A successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our business and make data-driven conclusions. They will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They will also continuously learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices to help design new tools that help our team automate, and accelerate analytics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in business or analytical discipline
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
