This position willbe located in Rock Hill, SC.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM (currently Salesforce.com)implementation, related integrations, and installed AppExchange applicationsAssist in training of new users, and grow the CRM skill set across the organizationHandle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports anddashboards, workflows, process builder and flowComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgradesCreate and maintain systems documentation, artifacts relating best practices and systemsconfiguration, and user support materialsStay informed of industry trends, latest practices, and emerging technologiesGather and document business users' requirementsEffectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application developmentteam to define project roadmapsManage Salesforce projectsUnderstand current business processes and document processes in developmentThe Business Analyst - CRM will be an integral member of the Skyline team that plans and overseesCRM projects. They apply their knowledge of CRM capabilities and limitations to guide the businessto the best solutions.
