Responsibilities
• Manage the company and staff calendar• Aid in the creation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for managing staff paid time off (PTO)• Maintain the staff calendar and administer time-off requests• Schedule account management calls and other cross-area meetings• Report production• Monitor, collect data for, and create the daily tracking reports, providing insight to results and anomalies• Create adhoc reports for Directors• Aid in creation and documentation of process surrounding the monitoring and reporting of sales/marketing channels• Participate in project management• Push out and follow up on project quotes/RFP responses
Requirements
• Complete proficiency in document and spreadsheet production and management (MS Office and Google suites of tools)• Comfort exploring and learning new software quickly and efficiently• Experience with project management and project management tools is needed. Specific experience with Monday.com is a plus• Ability to organize and self-manage• Excellent communication oral and written communication skills - must be able to create, organize, and manage company SOP data bank• Higher level basic math/calculation skills, and knowledge of formula creation in spreadsheets is required• Previous use of an accounting package and experience in expense management and financial reporting are a plus
