Responsibilities
• Provide leadership in safety, customer satisfaction, cost management, etc.• Respond to urgent maintenance calls• Coordinate and manage maintenance of building and grounds equipment• Plan scope of work and manage maintenance employees, contractors, and vendors• Coordinate workload to satisfy production requirements• Issue permits to contractors as needed• Coordinate resources for contractor support• Obtain parts, equipment, and services for maintenance and repair• Document processes and keep accurate records• Develop annual plans and budgets
Requirements
• Experience in facilities maintenance• Supervisory experience or experience managing contractors• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environment• Direct maintenance experience on large facility equipment
