Responsibilities
• Manage complete maintenance of facility and property.• Complete periodic maintenance checklists.• Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff.• Provide operational support whenever needed.• Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator.
Requirements
• High School Diploma/ GED.• Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred).• Valid driver's license.• Acute observational and communicational skills.• Ability to collaborate and multitask.• Strong responsibility and accountability.
