Building Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. If you're a problem solver ready for a career in the hospitality field, apply today!Responsibilities:Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staffComplete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptlyManage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance proceduresReact to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shiftsOperate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipmentQualifications:You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance roleExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessaryExperience with facilities management software is preferredDriver's license and clean driving record is mandatoryMust have a high school diploma or the equivalent GEDAbout Company:Our hotel is 10 minutes from San Antonio International Airport via free shuttle.
