We are currently seeking a Building Performance Intern in our St. Louis, MO office . As a Building Performance Intern you will be responsible for assisting with mechanical engineering, energy efficiency, building systems and building technologies. Some key duties and responsibilities include: Work closely with the engineering and analytics teams to develop innovative and effective ways to optimize performance existing and new facilities; Assist with identification and analysis of energy efficiency measures; Review building drawings, building automation systems and other facility data; Draft pre-functional checklists; Conduct field functional testing; Conduct analysis and calculations; Assist with report preparation; Assist with incentive applications to utilities; Review, categorize and compile fault lists, summaries and logs. Key skills and abilities needed for the position are: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization; Strong interest in the application of advanced technology; Skill in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
