CLICK HERE:SPECIALIST VIDEOAs a SystemsSpecialist, you will:Commissions new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progressActs as the Lead Technician and plans work with Team Leader Network technologies: Performs data back-up from data servers and creates automated back-up procedures. Troubleshoots and resolves inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations Configures PC workstations and user interfaces. Confirms proper network performanceOperational testing, verification, and acceptance: Runs routine reports to review system operation Performs final inspection, testing and customer acceptance. Provides customer training on system operations. Completes and submits routine written reports. Provides plans and control system documents to engineering for as-built drawingsProject site communication and coordination: Coordinates trade contractors to perform startup servicesSubmits accurate time and expense reportsAdheres to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and proceduresYou will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:?3+ years of experience with Electro-mechanical aptitude (based on previous experience and/or education) and user PC/software skill Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems industry protocols, such as LON, BACnet, N2, Modbus, etc.Demonstrated use of reading, understanding, and interpreting design and construction documents Ability to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditionsMust be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassistedKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Rotational On-Call and/or Minimal Overnight TravelCompressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitmentsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipMust be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related You'll benefitfrom:?Our variety of health and wellnessbenefits toour employees.
