Our aimisn't just about improvingbuildings;it'sabout creating perfect places that improve people's lives.??OurClient Service Managersmanage a portfolio of service agreements (through delivery) and are responsible for profit and loss of these agreements.Why is this so important?As a Client Service Manager, ensuring the financial performance of our service agreements and customer satisfaction are critical to our success. You'll be working directly with the customer to develop trusted-advisor relationships and recommend services and solutions. As a Client Service Manager, you will:Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and outstanding customer satisfaction and retentionBalance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilitiesDevelop account strategies to achieve the customer's business goals, leveraging the company's entire service and product portfolioDevelop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of workIdentify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalationsParticipate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewalsMaintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsYou will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:??High school diploma or state-recognized GEDDemonstrated experience in the building technology industryDemonstrated familiarity or experience with engineeringHVAC and Building AutomationDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systemsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipMust be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in demand-side energy services or Certified Energy Manager Associate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor's degreeExperience in the building technology industry; 2+ years preferredYou'll benefitfrom:?Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
