You'll be working directly with the customer to develop trusted-advisor relationships and recommend services and solutions. As aClient Service Manager,you will:Manage assigned service agreement accounts, drivingtoafinancial targetandoutstanding customer satisfaction and retentionBalance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilitiesDevelop account strategies to achieve the customer's business goals,leveragingthe company's entire service and product portfolioDevelop service delivery plans with the customer toprovideservice agreement scope of workIdentifycustomer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades,and escalationsParticipate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service areaand lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewalsMaintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsYou will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:?High school diploma or state-recognized GEDDemonstrated experience in the building automation industryDemonstrated familiarity or experience with engineeringHVAC/Building Automation systems within commercial vertical markets such as hospitals, universities, etc.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systemsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipMust be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in demand-side energy services or Certified Energy Manager preferredAssociate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in the building automation industryYou'll benefitfrom:?Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
