And we need your help to make it happen. The Role TNS Solutions – Builder scheduler:
We are growing and seeking a Builder Scheduler who is organized and can handle the dynamic task of setting multiple crew job routes with efficiency within our company. Responsible for developing scheduling teams, intra-office communications, streamlining administrative procedures, friendly person for our employees, customers, and head office. Primary focus will be on billing and scheduling through the various builder portals.
Location: Carrollton, TX office
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm core hours
Duties:
Scheduling of crews. Maintaining files and filing in Microsoft platform (customers, employees, invoices, and other required certificates). Provide general admin support to our employees as needed. Coordinating necessary travel for crews and staff. Maintain professional customer service with customers and builders. Updating vendor contact lists as needed. Complete any ad hoc forms and assignments as required. Requirements:
3+ years in new construction builder admin or scheduler role. Experience with Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel. Positive, adaptable, and detail oriented. Experience in the construction field an asset but not required.
