The ideal candidate will have passion for cannabis and can effectively communicate with customers and educate them about our products. As a Budtender, you will play an essential role in maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling their needs Educate customers about our products, providing accurate information, and recommending products that suit their needs Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS software Maintain inventory levels, restock products and keep the store clean and organized Follow proper procedures when checking identification and enforcing store policies Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a pleasant in-store experience for our customers Requirements At least 21 years old Strong knowledge of cannabis products and strains Experience in sales or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
