We are a local cannabis retailer searching for friendly and passionate part-time budtenders to join our team! Budtenders provide customers the ultimate cannabis purchasing experience through excellent customer service, cannabis education, and personable interactions. The ideal candidate is someone who is positive, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Associate Budtender Job Responsibilities (not limited to): Serving customers by helping them select products based on needs, preference, and budget Educating customer questions about strains, products, and consumption methods Keeping up to date with product knowledge and continued cannabis education Greeting customers in a welcoming manner Providing outstanding customer service and customer advocacy Processing cash payments through Greenbits POS system Following Washington State Liquor Control Board rules, laws, and regulations Checking customer ID's to verify legal purchasing age Maintaining appearance of the sales floor including merchandising, cleaning, organizing, and restocking Keeping clientele informed of sales and promotions Documenting customer loyal points Providing sample feedback Work Hours: Must have open availability including closing shifts, weekends, and holidays 7:30am-11:30pm availability Eight hour shifts Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Tips Budtender Qualifications & Skills: Friendly, personable, and service-oriented Effective communication Team player as well as a self-starter Thrive in a fast-paced work environment Able to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional Regular attendance and punctuality Previous cashier experience in retail setting Able to stand for long periods of time Experience Requirements: Must be 21+ Previous retail, sales, or service experience preferred High School Graduate or equivalent *Previous cannabis retail experience is not a requirement Job Type: Part-time
