Previous food/beverage/retail experience required, preferably in a coffee shop or tea house. Have the ability to manage a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Friendly demeanor, outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive attitude Takes a pride in providing excellent customer service Enjoy educating customer and employees about our drinks Lead by example and always put the team first Working familiarity with popular social media platforms Job Responsibilities:
· Work 35+ hours per week. Must be available on weekends and holidays
· Foster and build a positive work environment
· Manage inventory
· Create and equitable schedule and ensure proper staffing
· Hire and manage staff
· Maintain corporate standards and ensure compliance to health department and local regulation
