Responsibilities
• Demonstrate and sell Benefit products• Perform eyebrow and facial waxing and brow tinting• Maintain State Board compliant areas• Provide excellent customer service• Book return services, makeup lessons, and events• Convert service customers into product sales• Follow safety and sanitation procedures• Promote teamwork with consultants and salon professionals• Assist in store operational processes• Attend mandatory training and team meetings
Requirements
• Must be 18+ years old with an active Cosmetology or Esthetics license• Ability to build strong guest relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences• Proficiency with technical equipment• Experience in make-up application, waxing, and tinting preferred• Ability to walk, reach, stand, lift/move 50 lbs, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch
