The Complimentary AM Attendant provides high-quality service to guests in the breakfast area of a hotel.They must be knowledgeable about hotel standards, guest expectations, and the local area.The job requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities
• Approach guests and employees in a friendly and courteous manner.• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company standards.• Serve guests' food and beverage needs professionally.• Greet and seat guests promptly.• Ensure menus are clean and presentable.• Clear and reset tables as needed.• Accommodate special requests and communicate with other departments.• Support the overall beverage and food service operations.• Answer telephone according to standards.• Have knowledge of room service orders, menus, and specials.• Perform cashiering functions and closing/check-out procedures.• Answer guest questions about the hotel and local area.• Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in job performance.• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and completion of responsible serving course.• Ability to obtain and provide Food Handlers card.• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.• Understanding of hotel products and guest services.• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support team members.• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and etiquette.• Numerical operations and basic reading/writing skills.• Ability to effectively deal with customers and staff with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
